Job Description

As a cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn’t the only thing that heats up — in this fast-paced environment, you’ll be expected to maintain poise under pressure.

Due to current needs, applicants with OPEN and DAYTIME availability will receive greater consideration. Flexibility is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner.
Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed.
Exercising good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff.
Take initiative and distinguish yourself as a key contributor to our team
