Skillsets

• Skills using verbal persuasion and de-escalation tactics to keep team members and guests safe and secure.

• Experience in crisis response, safety, and crowd management.
• Initiative to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify valid identification to ensure compliance with state laws regarding the legal age of consumption.
• Monitor customer behavior and maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Follow company standards for public engagement and de-escalation of volatile situations while maintaining a level head and demonstrating a non-threatening demeanor.
• Observe, assess, and maintain safe and secure standards throughout the building, including exterior property.
• Respond to and accurately document security incidents according to company policy.
• Understand, appropriately use, and monitor the video surveillance system.
• Perform other duties based on business needs, including some stocking, cleaning, bussing tables, and providing direction to guests.

Requirements

• Climb up and down two flights of stairs repeatedly during a shift
• Lift, carry and safely move heavy objects up/downstairs.
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
• Know and enforce Arizona liquor laws and maintain required certifications.
